Fresh Express recalled a limited number of Gourmet Café Chicken Caesar Salad Bowls due to Listeria monocytogenes

Companies continue to be impacted by the recall of chicken from BrucePac. The FDA reported that Fresh Express (Salinas, CA) recalled a limited number of Gourmet Café Chicken Caesar Salad Bowls due to the inclusion of recalled chicken items from BrucePac, an ingredient supplier. The BrucePac recall is due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. This recall does not impact the fresh vegetable components. The salad bowls were distributed in CA, LA, TX, and WA. Fresh Express is no longer using chicken ingredients from the BrucePac-impacted facility. @ https://www.fda.gov/safety/recalls-market-withdrawals-safety-alerts/fresh-express-voluntarily-recalling-limited-number-gourmet-cafe-chicken-caesar-salad-bowls
