Expanded outbreak investigation of Salmonella in Moringa Leaf Powder (January 2026)

On June 11, 2026, Total Nutrition Inc. (Deer Park, NY) expanded its recall of Moringa Leaf powder for a second time, including additional lots of TNVitamins and Doctor’s Pride Moringa powder capsules. TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa capsules 10,000 mg (120 capsules), and Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa 10,000 mg (120 capsules). FDA’s investigation is ongoing. The products caused Illnesses in 119 (22 new) cases, hospitalizations in 32 (6 new) people, and deaths in 0. States with Cases are AK, AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KY, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, and, WI.
