Core update as of June 24, 2026

The CORE update lists eight outbreak and adverse event postings. For the outbreak of Clostridium botulinum (ref #1383) linked to a Nara Organics Whole Milk Powdered Infant Formula, the FDA has initiated sampling. The outbreak of Salmonella Enteritidis (ref #1378) linked to an unidentified product has increased the case count from 68 to 70. The outbreak of Listeria monocytogenes (ref #1380) linked to requeson/soft ricotta cheese, the FDA updated the outbreak advisory on June 18, 2026, with expanded recall information for all Clover Hill Dairy, LLC cheese products.
