The CORE update lists six outbreak and adverse event postings. A new outbreak of Salmonella Newport (ref #1365) in an unidentified product has been added to the table. FDA’s investigation is ongoing. The outbreak of Salmonella Richmond (ref #1345) was linked to moringa leaf powder. This outbreak included 11 cases from seven states. Of 11 patients with outcome information, three were hospitalized, and none died.
