Core update as of December 03, 2025

The CORE update list of outbreaks and adverse events includes ten postings. A new outbreak of Salmonella Saintpaul (ref #1353) linked to an unidentified product has been added to the table. The outbreak of infant botulism (ref #1350) linked to infant formula, the outbreak advisory was updated on December 3, 2025, to include additional cases and investigation updates. As of December 3, 2025, a total of 39 infants with suspected or confirmed infant botulism and confirmed exposure to ByHeart Whole Nutrition infant formula (various lots) have been reported from 18 states (AZ, CA, ID, IL, KY, MA, ME, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, and, WI).
