The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) issued a statewide recall for Fagundes Old World Cheese Hanford Jack Cabernet Jack Cheese due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Hanford Jack Cabernet Jack Cheese, produced and packaged by Fagundes Old World Cheese of Kings County, is the subject of a statewide recall. The CDFA detected the bacteria during routine testing at the manufacturing facility.
